Nanokote WA was called upon in 2012 to restore and protect the stainless steel columns in Forrest Chase. The surfaces were around 2 years old and never cleaned, so naturally they were showing signs of tea-staining and early corrosion. We were asked by the City of Perth to do a sample before they accepted our proposal. The area was fenced off for 1 week and we were had 2 Boom lifts onsite to access both sides of the column at once. We restored the stainless back to new then applied our permanent stainless steel coating Nanokote MetalKote. Since completing the columns back in November 2012, they have not been cleaned once or any maintenance whatsoever. We were onsite recently to check how they were going and still, brand new! These columns are now virtually maintenance free for 10 years. We are in discussions with the City of Perth about doing more work around the city. Stay tuned..
